Off Grid LE PRO IFAK

The Off Grid Law Enforcement Pro IFAK is one of the best IFAKs for LE or concealed carry holders that I’ve come across. It’s compact, extremely well-built, and thoughtfully packed with exactly what you need—nothing more. Finding an IFAK that’s both high quality and efficient is rare, but this one nails it.

Inside, you’ll find all the essentials: wound packing gauze, an emergency blanket, chest seals, emergency trauma dressing, shears, gloves, and a CAT tourniquet. Everything is easy to access and logically organized. There are multiple compression bands inside the pack to make sure there is no wasted space between the items.

One of the best features is the removable back panel, which allows for mounting on either a belt or MOLLE system. Quick access is everything—if you can’t get to your IFAK when you need it, it’s useless. Off Grid clearly kept that in mind when designing this. Unlike other IFAK’s on the market that use the same removable panel idea, the Off Grid LE Pro uses a mechanical retention strap that ensures its secure. If you have an IFAK that just uses friction to secure the contents to the back panel, its likely that it will eject under quick movements like running or jumping a fence.

I think this IFAK is perfect for anyone that needs all of the contents of an IFAK in one place. If you currently run a tourniquet on your belt, you can downsize to the Off Grid Law Enforcement IFAK (Not the Pro). This version does not have the TQ mounted on the side and would be much easier for a belt mount.
